T&C HOST YOUR RETREAT AT SATTVA SANCTUARY
Maximum Occupancy: Sattva features 6 bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds or one queen-size bed, allowing for a total of 12 people to stay in the cabin. Additional Day trippers, tents, or camper-vans are are to be discuss with the Sattva in advance. The individual or organization booking Sattva Sanctuary acknowledges and agrees to adhere to these occupancy limits. Any damages or violations arising from exceeding these limits will be the sole responsibility of the booking party.
Insurance Requirements: All retreat facilitators must provide valid insurance documents upon booking and maintain active insurance coverage throughout the entire duration of the retreat conducted at Sattva Sanctuary. The booking party shall be solely responsible for any liabilities, injuries, or damages incurred during their retreat, and they agree to indemnify and hold Sattva Sanctuary harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the property.
Governing Law: The Law of New South Wales governs your use and occupation of the property during this reservation. By booking Sattva Sanctuary, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales for any legal disputes or matters arising from your reservation or use of the property.
Payment Details: To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Final payment is due 60 days prior to check-in. A valid credit card is mandatory for a security bond on all bookings. Cancellation prior to 60 days of your retreat results in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat offer no refunds. Sattva Sanctuary assumes no responsibility for facilitators using our property, and any financial or contractual obligations are solely the responsibility of the booking party.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited at Sattva Sanctuary.
Noise Policy: Please be mindful of our neighbors and fellow guests by minimising noise, particularly after 9pm. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the forfeiture of the security bond and we reserve the right to request noisy individuals or groups to leave the premises immediately.
Dietary Restrictions: No meat, no fish and no alcohol are allowed on the premises.
