Sanctuary

Experience what it’s like to be hugged by mother nature. The Sattva Yoga Sanctuary retreat centre has been designed to connect you with the majestic energies of the surrounding land.

The Sanctuary is an intimate retreat space set on 10 acres of lush tropical land. All amenities are meticulously designed for our guests’ comfort. The property also has its own mango grove and permaculture gardens so wilderness can never leave your side. Every morning, we host a Puja ceremony using all five elements. Puja is a devotional ritual where we use Sanskrit Mantras and prayers to invoke the Gods and Goddesses.

The retreat eco accomodation is available for facilitators looking to host retreats in Australia in a beautiful bushland setting with nature and comfort in mind. Contact us for your Sattva Yoga Sanctuary retreat and we can design a package to fit many different budgets.

Sattva Centre

Situated in a quite rural town, surrounded by the Burrinbar mountain range, Sattva Sanctuary is truly a “retreat” place. It is a place you can come and retreat to yourself, tuning away from the hectic life that we have designed for ourselves in the modern world. The Center has a high vibrational field thanks to the chanting, meditation and intentional practices that take place here. You will feel peace and serenity the moment you step through our gates.

What People Are Saying

Juliet Settepani

I have been meditating under Ritika and Eran’s Guidance over the last 18 months and slowly,  I found my life has been transformed by the  ancient Kriyas, Mantras and Mudras. The meditations are beautifully crafted, with deep transcendental wisdom spoken throughout.  I look forward to every class.

Wow!
Thanks Ritika for your insightful reading. I found it really helpful in that your comments helped reaffirm what I saw in myself which gave me confidence and reassurance in my attitude and endeavors.
But further to that you challenged me to ‘step up’ and realize more of my potential. In ways that I hadn’t consciously thought of. And that’s exhilarating if not slightly scary too!

Sattva Sanctuary is a very beautiful and special place to visit in many ways- the location, the energy, the community and of course the loving family that put it on the map! Recently I have been practising meditation and pranayama under the guidance of Ritika and it has been both mind and heart opening.

Life changing... having attended centers across the world, I can confidently say sattva sanctuary is beyond comparison.  From the beautiful abundant  nature, to the incredible yurt and staff. My experience at sattva sanctuary will never be forgotten and I look forward to returning  (:

I was presented with the opportunity to receive a reading from Vedic Astrologer, Ritika at the Sattva Sanctuary Australia.  Knowing she had studied at the feet of Master Vedic Astrologer, Anand Mehrotra, I eagerly awaited.

Ritika was well prepared, authentic and plain spoken. Due to her connection, insight, and expertise I was able to gain the validation needed to continue full-steam-ahead down an ever evolving road less traveled. I now understand and can identify some of my persistent self-sabotaging behaviours for what they are. I also know to more deeply trust my intuition as I develop my inherent abilities.

Thank you Ritika...you are a valued teacher and guide in this lifetime.

I feel incredibly grateful to have come across the Sattva Sanctuary and its amazing founders, Ritika and Eran. At first, I decided to incorporate some meditation and breathwork in my weekly routine just to relax and feel more grounded. Little did I know, this would have only been the beginning.

I had never thought of myself as a spiritual person, and never felt a spiritual calling. Yet what I experienced during some of the sessions at Sattva Sanctuary, especially through the amazing guide of Anand Merothra, spiritual guru and founder the Sattva Yoga Academy founder, made me reconsider this. I had no words to describe what had happened to me, it is only through talking to others I learnt that what I experienced was kundalini energy, a “temporary expansion of consciousness”.

I look forward to continue this journey with the Sattva Sanctuary, under the warm and confident guidance of Ritika and Eran.

Anand’s retreat at The Sattva Sanctury, was like stepping into G-d’s country! We felt so supported and cared for on this physically beautiful and spiritually rich land. The food was incredible and the shared wisdom was expansive and nourishing. I can’t wait to see what The Sattva Sanctury offers next.
