The Yogini 3 day Silent Retreat. Arrive from 5pm Friday Evening and settle in.
There will be welcome Introductions and setting of Personal Intention (Sankalpa) for the Retreat
The transformative weekend will include Daily Morning Puja. Daily Sattva Integrative Yoga includes Breathwork, Kriyas, Asana and meditation and Sound journey.
Daily Meditation both Personal and Guided Meditation as well as Tibetan Sky Gazing
Reflection alone time for Forest bathing, walking, dips in natural pool, journalizing, drawing.
Daily Yin Yoga Nidra & in depth Sound journeys with Tibetan Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Ocean Drum and Voice

Your Facilitator is Zangden Lhamo a Sattva Master Teacher who will nurture you and support you throughout the weekend.
Zangden will be available to chat when you have the need. Although expression will be advised to be channeled through drawing, movement, dance, journalizing and meditation.
